Expungement Clinic
Don't let a prior offense keep you from making a fresh start. Join Sen. Maria Collett, Rep. Nancy Guenst and the Montgomery County Public Defenders for a free Expungement Clinic on Wednesday, March 18 from 5:30-7:30pm at the Upper Moreland Free Public Library.
Participants will sit down with legal experts who can answer questions and support you through the expungement process.
Appointments are required and only Montgomery County arrests are eligible. Call Senator Collett's office at 215-368-1429 to secure your spot today.

Need help applying for your Property Tax / Rent Rebate? My office is here to help! We will be at the Ambler SAAC on Friday, March 20 to walk you through the application process and get your forms submitted.
Please be sure to bring:
- Any proof of household income from 2025
- If homeowner: paid tax receipts from 2025
- If renting: Completed rent certificate signed by your landlord
- If first-time filer: ID to show you are 65 years or older OR proof of disability

Join the offices of Senator Collett and Representatives Cerrato, Hanbidge and Sanchez for a free paper shredding and electronics recycling event! We will also be collecting nonperishable food items for local pantries.
Please limit your shredding items to 3 brown paper bags. We cannot accept monitors, TVs or X-ray films.
