If passed\, the senate package\, which includes SB 730\, SB 909\, and SB 785\, will enact a ‘yes means yes’ law\, will strengthen protections for victims of on-campus crime\, and will teach middle and high school students to know and prevent dating violence\, sexual assault\, sexual harassment and stalking. Additionally\, SR 122\, included in the package\, creates a task force to study sexual assault\, dating violence\, domestic violence and stalking.
