• Disability plates & placards
• PACE cards for seniors
• Property Tax/Rent Rebates
• SEPTA Senior Key Card registrations & renewals
• Unemployment compensation
• Birth & death certificate applications
• PA income tax issues
• Consumer complaints
• Issues with Department of Human
• Services (SNAP, Medical Assistance, etc.)
• Any matter involving state government!
