Fort Washington, PA − June 10, 2026 − Senator Maria Collett (D-12 Montgomery, Caucus Chair) has announced $849,744 in Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD) grant funding for Montgomery County based agencies and organizations.
“Everyone deserves to feel safe in their homes and community,” Collett said. “When that safety is violated, organizations like Mission Kids and Victim Services Center of Montgomery County provide a critical network of support and care. I was proud to secure this $850,000 investment to assist vital healing and prevention programs across our county.”
Grant recipients serving Montgomery County include:
State Violence and Delinquency Prevention Program Funds
- Mission Kids Child Advocacy Center – $249,962 for promoting safe behaviors for at-risk youth
State Act 80 Funds
- Montgomery County Commissioners – $199,903 for Montgomery County Correctional Facility MAT Care C
State Endowment Act Funds
- Mission Kids Child Advocacy Center – $100,000 for advocacy services for victims of abuse
Endowment Act – DVSOs (Category 4)
- Victim Services Center of Montgomery County, LLC – $100,000 for child abuse treatment project service enhancement
State Substance Abuse Education and Demand Reduction (SAEDR)
- YWCA Tri-County Area – $199,897 for recreational prevention and wellness
